No, the driver is not authorised to allow the passengers to exit the vehicle for any scheduled or unscheduled stops during the transfer until they reach the nominated quarantine premises. At STA, we take the Government regulations seriously and understand there are penalties and enforcement for non-compliance. It is possible for us to utilise drive-through COVID-19 testing locations, and utilise other click-and-collect services however this will be done under strict protocols in accordance to Government regulations. Specialised Transport Australia allows for one (1) bag plus one (1) carry-on per person in each reservation. If you have additional bags, please inform us at the time of booking.

We promise to collect you at the requested booking time, every time. Generally, our drivers will arrive at your pickup location at least 10-15 minutes prior and will remain ten minutes after the requested pickup time. We kindly ask that all passengers be ready 10-15 minutes prior to the actual booking time.
